See… Watch chefs battle it out during exciting amateur and professional culinary competitions. Chefs will require skill, speed and ingenuity to wow a judging panel with their creative plates, while working with limited equipment, basic pantry items, and a mystery basket of food that will be revealed at the beginning of each competitive leg. Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded, in addition to one Alberta-based chef in the professional category receiving recognition from the Alberta Culinary Tourism Alliance.
Taste… Smell… Feeling a little peckish from watching all the exciting culinary battling? Head over to the Food Festival, which will provide you the opportunity to graze through a farmer’s market-style food festival – an authentic way to explore culinary-oriented products and experience an array of nibbles from regional food purveyors.
